Voted Woman of the Year for 2007 by Echo Magazine, Regina Gazelle Wells is the Founder and Director of “This Is H.O.W.” a non-profit organization and half-way house geared towards the Transgender population. “This Is H.O.W.” is the first of its kind in the State of Arizona. Prior to the establishment of this organization Regina Gazelle Wells has served the Transgender community for many years..

- 2009 Activly Directing and running This Is H.O.W. and participating in as many community good works as time and energy permitt.
- 2008 Voted The Grand Marshal for Gay Pride.
- 2007 Doors open for This Is H.O.W. crowned by The Most Imperial and Sovereign Majesties as Duchess II The Imperial Empire of Arizona.
- 2006 Fundraiser for Body Positive, received a Gender Excellence award from the Minority Aids project in Los Angeles California.
- 2005-04 Fundraiser for Community Church of Hope, Christmas Angels of 2005, Native American Pathways, and Logan's Playground.
